Out of the Fog

The website that saved me:

I particularly appreciate the section of this website titled Top 100 Traits under Personality Disorders. This is not meant to diagnose. I believe everyone exhibits unhealthy behaviors in relationships at times. We are all human. This is an invaluable resource to identify toxic patterns that are common in relationships and give us the language to understand what is happening. If this helps just one other person the way it helped me, I have made the world a better place.

My Morning Routine

Coffee makes me happy. But I wasn't happy about the caffeine addiction. I switched to this chai tea that is boosted with some of the best spices (turmeric, cinnamon, cacao, Himalayan salt) and fungi (Lionsmane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga).

I love it for both the taste and the way it makes me feel.

Calm skin, calm mind

Your skin is your body's biggest organ. It protects everything inside from the world outside. Your skin has unique needs based on your lifestyle, genetics, and environment, just like your diet.

I've always had sensitive skin, and this was the first line of products I found to make me feel good. My cheeks are finally smooth, and I don't worry about the blemishes anymore.

Basically, you just take a detailed quiz. A woman created an algorithm that analyzes lifetimes worth of skin research to determine which combination of ingredients will be best for you.

I'm all about it.

They don't pay me to say these things,

but if you click the link below, we both get $25 off!!!

creative woman, kindred spirit

I met Sarah at a market in the garden of the Lavender House in Valle Crucis. I was drawn in by her beautiful jewelry and the symbolic numbers affiliated with each hand-crafted piece. I left with these earrings and necklace as well as a new friend. She took a leap of faith to lead a more passionate life.
Sarah inspires and reassures me.
